Description - Responding and answering all types of inquiries (phone,
email, social media) and giving out information about Zewail City and
its constituents. Handling first level inquiries, and transferring
inquiries and calls to relevant departments. - Carrying out external
visits from other organizations to Zewail City. - Logging all inquiry
types and calls and prepare a monthly report with the visits feedback. -
Conduct marketing researches and assist in promotional activities. -
Assist in writing reports and analyzing data. - Perform other tasks as
assigned by Director of Communications and the Communications team.
Qualifications - Good knowledge of the market research basics, and the
use of marketing analysis tools. - Customer Focus. - Communication and
influencing. - Teamwork and collaboration. - Working under pressure. -
Multitasking. - Basic market research skills. - Capable user of
Microsoft Office suite.
