Looking for a Head Chef- Manama, Bahrain

For the opening of an 48 all suite luxury boutique hotel is due to open in August 2018 and will include exceptional ground floor and roof top food and beverage outlet, located in Bahrain.

The hotel will have a rooftop restaurant for a total of 80 covers and a ground floor Lobby café seating a maximum of 24 patrons. F&B;operations are very contained and there are no banqueting, meeting and conference facilities.
Our Head Chef is passionate of the succulent flavors and products of International/European and Mediterranean cuisine and he/she seeks creativity to transform every dining experience into a lasting memory.

Yearly net base salary up to US$ 56’000.-

No schooling
