Job Title: Marketing Manager
Direct Manager: General Manager

Job Summary:
Preparing and developing marketing and sales plans and raising the market share of the company in the target markets.

The Company: Almaraj for Oil and Gas Services Ltd. 
We are an Oil and Gas Services Company based in Tripoli-Libya, that offers its employees experience, training, and several other benefits. we have one open position for a marketing manager. We are looking for 1 male applicants to fill out a full-time position from 9 AM to 6 PM.

Rules and Regulations: 
Applicants must have a Bachelor degree in marketing or any equivalents.

1-) Applicants must have English as a second language. (excellent level) 
2-) Applicants must have an experience of no less than 3 years. 
3-) Great planning skills and good at negotiations.
4-) Problem Solving.
5-) work well under pressure
6-) Great internet and computer skills. 
7-) innovative and creative. 

Tasks and responsibilities:
• Develop plans and design sales and marketing policies in cooperation with head management.
• Setting marketing objectives.
• Development of promotion plans and follow-up offers submitted to companies.
• To raise the market share in cooperation with the sales department.
• Always seek and communicate with new customers and maintain strong relationships with them.
• Continuous communication with customers within different departments.
• Participate in negotiations with principles.
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance and pricing policy of the company.
• Monitor the competitors’ situation and strategies.
• Make detailed periodic reports on the achievements, marketing problems and failures.
• Managing negotiations with suppliers in terms of product quality, prices, specifications, penal conditions, returned goods, delivery mechanism, discounts, payment method, duration, etc.
• Compare quotations received from suppliers and select the best of suppliers in coordination with the Procurement and Sales Department.
• Build and develop strong supplier relationships and maintain them.
• Find new suppliers.
• Follow-up correspondence of foreign companies.
• Participation in the preparation of the annual budget of the company.
• Fulfill other tasks set by the general manager
