A big company is hiring (HR Manager)

Age: More than 37 Years 
Work experience: more than 10 years experience •
Fluent English is a Must
Working Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm •
Days Off: Friday & 2 Saturday only every month 
Salary up to 22 K 
The main job role
• Implement Strategic Map and Balanced scorecard with initiatives and objectives, relating and connecting all functions with the organization strategic goals. • Develop the departmental strategies and plans in line with the functional strategies and ensure implementation and execution • Develop on boarding programs & ensure the efficiency of employees induction • Enhance the current key performance indicators and develop performance management system • Conducts weekly meetings with the hospital directors to align the strategic objective with the operation needs. • Monitor day-to-day the organization performance and recommend the corrective actions to the strategy directors
