We are looking for a Specialist, Customer Experience (f/m/d) to join the Customer Experience team on our journey to always delivering amazing experiences. Your mission: ● Work in a highly effective team responsible for understanding, modelling and assessing impact of experience data along with operational and financial KPIs. ● Be a Data Hero: develop and optimize reports, perform ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses to facilitate a data-driven decision making ● You will rapidly construct dashboards and other visualisation tools to help identify the drivers of customer frequency and spending behavior ● You will help distill evidence into actionable insights that will convince key decision makers to implement new strategies aimed at turbo-charging customer spend ● Be the owner of data quality and data availability and build a knowledge base around customer feedback within the experience ecosystem ● Acting as the liaison between the Customer Experience team and the other BI/Data Science teams in order to facilitate the collaboration and ensuring their support when needed ● Collaborate with regional and local teams to drive best practices across the region ● Together with the other team members, manage the data needs of the customer experience team: assess the requests, prioritize and deliver the results but also challenge the need for data i.e. distinguish from ‘nice to have’ and ‘must have’ requests Your heroic skills: ● A (Masters) or Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, e.g. computer science, mathematics or statistics ● 2-4 years of relevant experience ● Solid working knowledge of statistical techniques: regression analysis, classification algorithms, A/B testing ● Data modeling concepts and solid SQL skills, beyond just data access ● Experience with Tableau, Looker or other Business Intelligence tools ● Experience in analysing and validating large volumes of data from different systems and handling confidently large datasets using tools like R and/or Python ● Have strong critical thinking skills; ability to see the “big picture” while also diving into the details where necessary ● Clear and structured communication skills and an analytical mind, a ‘can do’ attitude and capable of using data to tell stories ● Fluency in English, other languages are an advantage Why Delivery Hero? ● English is our working language and our colleagues at Delivery Hero come from every corner of the globe, working in a diverse, cross-cultural team.
