Job Details:
- Providing day-to-day secretarial assistance to the management team, including diary, phone calls, emails, travel and meeting coordination.
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.
- Organising meetings and preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and minutes of the meeting.
- Booking and arranging air tickets, visa, transportation and accommodation
Organising events and conferences. - Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Managing databases and filing systems.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures or administrative systems.
- Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate should have bachelor degree.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
