We are urgently looking for experienced and talented Service Desk Technician for Abu Dhabi Location
Job Description:
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve desktop level incidents
• Provide technical assistance for incoming issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Utilize tools to proactively maintain and monitor performance
• Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Mandatory to have banking background.
experience required: 4+ Years, Salary will 5000 AED
