Secretary
Our branch in Egypt requires Secretary according to the following terms:
Duties:
- Responsible for all secretary activities.
- Filing and printing activities.
- Receive and redirect the incoming calls to the concerned departments.
Requirement and Qualifications:
• Females only.
• Age (21-25 years old).
• Giza/Cairo or nearby residents are preferable.
• Bachelor holder (Faculty of Commerce/Arts “English Section”/BA) graduates are preferable.
• Good knowledge of Secretarial duties.
• Experience 1-2 years.
• Well Looking.
• Excellent Arabic and English linguistic skills (Speaking – Reading and Writing).
• Good command of using Microsoft Office Applications (Word – Excel – PowerPoint).
• Good command of using Microsoft Operations Systems.
Job Details:
- Salary is negotiable.
- Work hours: 08:00 am to 04:00 pm (from Sunday to Thursday).
- First 3 months are probation period.
