Event Planner
Duties/Responsibilities
•Marketing Planning & distribution planning for mega brands
• Presenting the best venues for each project
• Assisting in the delivery of events on time within budget and to meet and exceed client’s expectations
• Organizingmega events (product launching, product revile, corporate, private & etc.)
• Organizing musical concerts
• Creating new ideas for events, new destinations
• Directing and supervising Major events and activities
• Managing operational and administrative functions as required to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of
specific projects
• Handling internal and external public relations
• Handling suppliers’ briefs & extract the best price offers for my client’s benefit
• informing the creative department and following up designs and artworks
• Handling brain storming session with the creative team
Job Conditions:
- Working hours from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM
- Job location El Haram, Giza
- Weekend on Friday& saturday
- Traveling before each event to Saudi Arabia
- Job Requirements:
- Male
- Experience 3-6 years
- Ability to travel to Saudi Arabia
