Quality Control Manager needed for Coating Aluminum Factory at 6th October, Giza

Job Description:
1- Define and document Company policy, objectives & commitment to quality.
2- Establishing of QC & QA :
* Manuals, procedures & quality records
* Clarification of standards acceptability for all features & requirements
* Compatibility of Inspection, test procedures & Applicable documentation
* Checking conformance of Materials purchased, Each critical phase of product production (QA points on production lines) & Final products
* Prepare the overall plan & budget for the department & ensures that all activities are executed within the set budget

3- Technical responsibilities for chemical pretreatment & powder coating (QUALICOAT)
* Testing the chemical parameters
* Chemical tanks control
* Testing powder technical properties
* Maintenance & calibration for measuring & test apparatus
* To be able to direct staff to the ISO 9001 criteria and coach them
