We are immediately hiring for a leading company in decoration solutions and glass works:
Position:
-HR Manager
- Salaries starting from 10,000 LE to 17,000 LE.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Evaluates progress of human resources activities and advice modifications or improvement as required.
· Provides assistance to management in the creation and maintenance of good employee relations.
· Reviews and recommends for approval, various employee and/or applicant personnel actions.
· Assist in forecasting and finalizing the Project’s staffing requirements.
· Conducts performance reviews of assigned HR staff and recommends the appropriate adjustments.
· Advises assigned HR staff on career development and growth plans.
Requirements:
· 7 years experienced, preferred to have worked in glass industry field before
· B.S. in business administration or related filed. M.S. degree is a plus.
· Demonstrated skill in management, supervision and human resources administration.
