A well known Real Estate Company asking for the following
A graphic designer is responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact for use in media products such as magazines, labels, digital advertising and signage. . Work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
Job Duties / Responsibilities:
• Interpreting business needs and developing a concept to suit the purpose
• Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
• Plans concept by studying information and materials.
• Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts;
• Use innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time
• Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
• Create promotional displays, and marketing brochures, signs, web banners, images and all sort of advertising material that identify a product/brand or convey a message
• working with a wide range of media, including photography and computer-aided design (CAD);
• Copywriting & Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work;
• Create & Edit videos
• Obtains approval of concept by submitting final layout for approval.
• Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
Educational Requirements:
• A degree in graphic design.
Languages:
• Excellent command of English
