Description Daily rounds at the sites, supervise all electrical works - Do inspections and offer quotations for the required electrical works and task orders - Monitor work quality with advising for performance improvement - Conduct on-job training sessions for the technical staff as planned - Ensure all staff apply safety rules and regulations - Develop stock of spare parts and observe the warehouse stock - Manage and supervise contractors activities

Qualifications Knowledge about: - Medium and low voltage power plants - Generators - Electrical panels (infrastructure) - Power factor correction units - Elevators - Energy consumption meters (infrastructure) - Cradle - Pump rooms (all domestic, fire fighting and sewage pumps) - HVAC & Chillers Power and control of chillers, primary, secondary and condensing pumps Power and control of supply and exhaust fans Power and supply of fan coils, AC units, supply and exhaust fans - Lighting (daily patrolling) - Motors - IT Rooms (24/7 monitoring) – UPS
