Call Center Agent at Dale Carnegie Training - Egypt
Job Description:
• All the call center duties
• Data Entry for Sales system (CRM)
• Answering the incoming calls
• Dealing with the walk-in customers
• Assist the other departments
• Submit invoices for the finance ( collection department)
• Handling the Facebook inquiries
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree
• At least one year of experience
• Excellent English language
• High communication skills
• Customer service oriented
