A major outsourcing company seeking for a skilled key account executive (male/female) to oversee the relationships of the company. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term key customers by comprehending their requirements.
The ideal candidate will be building strong relationships with new strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s services and achieve mutual satisfaction.
The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.
Generate new sales and reach the company's sales target
Identify new sales opportunities with new accounts to retain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling.
Conduct meetings with our key accounts to maintain the relation.
Manage and solve conflicts with clients.
Have specific information regarding daily operations of the Company and keep the Client updated.
Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account.
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Meet time deadlines for accounts.
Prepare sales quotations and follow up on the approval cycle and clients payments.
Monitor the performance of clients in relation to Sales, Profitability, and Service to ensure all aspects are performing to expectation
Follow up on production delivery schedule and make sure of delivering in best quality and leave a happy customer.
Build great relationships in every call and with every contact providing first class customer service.
Grow and develop our customer base.
Keep in constant communication with Clients
Available to work from Sunday -Thursday
From 9:00 – 5:30 PM
Friday and Saturday off
Excellent English language written and verbal;must be a listener, a presenter.
Excellent all-round communicator, possessing strong electronic, written and oral communication abilities, with ability to communicate at all levels.
Excellent organisational skills and goal-oriented.
Ability in problem solving and negotiation.
In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry.

Able to analyse data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
