KEY QUALIFICATIONS

-           Degree in civil engineering or equivalent (i.e.; mechanical/ architect)

-           Fully aware of LOD100, 200, 300, 400 and 500 in concept, preliminary, detailed design stages level of details as well as issued for construction, shop drawings and fabrication, as built drawings etc

-           Able to prepare models and use inputs from vendors etc

-           Knowledge in 4D and 5D is plus

-           Knowledge and coordination with QS team for materials take off from BIM models

-           Knowledge and coordination with engineering team for design, info entry, preparation of BIM models

-           Able to read and implement BIM execution plans and required LODs

-           Strong communication skills

-           Fully aware of latest industry practices and updates
