Job Description
Manage the Project Implementation Process according to the schedule and project plan.
Supervising the workers During implementation and Receiving from them upon completion of the work.
Increasing the Areas, limiting the quantities of Required Materials, and Discussing prices with suppliers.
Ensure the correct application of shop Drawings During Implementation
Ensure that the Materials conform to the Technical Specifications and prices and that they arrive at the agreed Delivery Date.
Dealing with all Members of the Project (Technical office - Clients - Supervisor - Contractors - Workers) During the course of the Implementation Process.
Coordinating with the technical office in receiving instructions regarding the Technical specifications of the works.
The ability to solve Emergency Problems on site.
Preparing site reports with pictures of the works attached, and making an Inventory of the Raw Materials and Tools Stored on the Site.
Preparing a daily Report on Expenses and Submitting it to the Accounts.
Ensuring the safety of workers on Site and their compliance with safety Instructions within the site.
