Missions :
Responsible to perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for facilities and utilities equipment boilers, stills, air compressors, pumps and other assigned equipment
Generate and maintain the required documentation and log book
Supporting the facilities and utilities manager and HVAC & electrical engineers in managing work orders
Ensure utility and Facilities areas are kept reasonably clean and free of debris or clutter
Install plumbing, mechanical, and/or electrical equipment such as; sinks, pumps, circuit panels, refrigeration, WFI, boilers, HVAC chillers, air compressors, motors, etc
Maintain inventory to ensure adequate parts and supplies are on hand
May assist in special projects and/or construction projects demolition, renovation, and new construction
More 3 year experience in of industrial experience in black utilities and maintenance department
Good understanding on maintenance planning and maintaining production equipment in a GMP environment Pharma, food or cosmetics
Assertive and driven, resilient and persistent with a strong drive to see things through
You are known for your global mindset and excellent stakeholder management skills with the personal courage and integrity to take the right decisions in due time
Excellent command of written and spoken English and French is required
