Senior civil/ Structural BIM modeller

-           Setup the Project Models.

-           Develop BIM Model and coordinate with corresponding discipline

-           Familiar with Family creation.

-           Familiar working in BIM 360

-           creating and maintaining 3D models using BIM software, collaborating with engineers, and other members of the design and construction team, ensuring the models are accurate and meet project requirements,

-           Using the models to identify and resolve conflicts or issues during the design phase.

-           Support constructability reviews, quantity take-offs, cost estimating, facility management, and operations during the building’s lifecycle.

Ensure data integrity and consistency across different BIM models and disciplines and stay current on updates and advancements in BIM technology.

Software experience required:

-           Autodesk Revit

-           Navisworks Manage

-           AutoCAD

Years’ experience, min 10

Senior Electrical / ELV BIM modeller

-           Setup the Electrical Project Models.

-           Develop BIM Model and coordinate with other disciplines

-           Load schedule creation

-           Panel scheduling

-           Familiar with Family creation

-           Familiar working in BIM 360

-           creating and maintaining 3D models using BIM software, collaborating with engineers, and other members of the design and construction team, ensuring the models are accurate and meet project requirements,

-           using the models to identify and resolve conflicts or issues during the design phase.

-           Support constructability reviews, quantity take-offs, cost estimating, facility management, and operations during the building’s lifecycle.
