A big group of channels recruiting technical support specialist with the below Requirement:
Main responsibilities:
*Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support on Windows; answering support queries via phone and email.
*Install and configure new equipment & devices.
*Resolve incidents and upgrade different types of software and hardware.
*Solve problems effectively within the time-frame.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree is a must.
Experince from 0 - 2 years
awareness of A+ N+ microsoft
CCNA is prefered
Excellent Communication skills
