For immediately hiring secretary for a company located in 6 october with experience 1-2 years .
Responsibilities:
Receive, answer and forward incoming phone calls.
-Write and distribute email, memos, letters, faxes and forms.
-Ability to use printers and photocopying documents
-Develop and maintain a filing system
-Update and maintain office policies.
- Take minutes of meetings and prepare reports.
- Performance of office daily work.
Working hours / 8.30Am- 4pm
