One of the blooming startups in the E-commerce field is looking for Voice and Non-Voice Customer Service representatives to be a part of a fast-paced and dedicated team that works together to provide our customers with the highest possible level of service and advice.
Working hours: 9 hours/5 days per week ( fixed shifts for voice and rotational for non-voice)
Transportation isn't available for the current period, however, we're working on providing it soon.
Regarding company's/vendor's name, it will be mentioned on the phone call/interview.
Duties and Responsibilities:
● To resolve customer complaints via email or live-chat or Facebook messages; identify
and escalate priority issues
● Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries
● Assist with placement of orders, refunds, exchanges; cancel or edit accounts
● Take payment information and other pertinent information such as address and phone
numbers; or to provide company information & services
● Responsible for proper system set up and follow through on all customer requests
Basic Qualifications:
● Has completed at least 1 year of college in any field
● Graduates and fresh graduates are preferred.
● Excellent English communication skills - required to use proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation
● Skilful in typing
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
● Previous customer service experience is a plus
