We’re hiring HR Benefits Specialist for a multi-national company in Logistics field in Cairo.

Job Role: Develop and design of compensation packages and policies aligned with the organization's strategy.
Location: Masr El-Gedida

Job Description:
1- Administrate the organization’s benefits programs (e.g., retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, insurance policies, etc.)
2- Getting the company the best possible deal on an attractive benefits package.
3- Alignment of all compensation systems to general conditions on the labor market as well as on legal regulations.
4- Making recommendations based on data analyses.

Job Role
1- 1 year experience in the same position.
2- V.Good command of English
3- Strong with numbers and Analytically inclined
4- Detail-oriented
