Description  To study, analyze and prepare the Finished Goods plans for marketing sales which will ensure adequate market penetration/market share/product positioning for the departments existing products and new products. To transcribe the corporate/departmental plan into goals and targets which are in consonance with the companys quality plans for the sales team. To analyze and evaluate sales management methods, adequacy of sales expense in relation to marketing objectives product launching procedure and controls being used by the personnel out at the field. To analyze the departments distribution methods, pricing policies, credit policies, inventory adequacy and special customer services. Is also responsible to recommend improvement in these activities as necessary and assist in setting such recommendations into practice. To achieve or exceed sales against planned targets and recommend action to improve market coverage and sales effort. To assist in handling difficult customers and ensure that every customer of the department is a satisfied customer by having a good customer relations and providing prompt customer service. To control inventory of the departments products. This involves close monitoring of inventory to ensure it is within the stipulated norms and removal of dead stock and slow-moving items under advice from the accounts department. To develop means by which departmental employees understanding of the companys policies and programs towards customer orientation and quality may be enhanced. To ensure adequate staffing for the department. This involves selection and training of subordinates, delegation of duties and responsibilities and formulating procedures and methods to be used in conducting the departments business. To ensure judicious allocation of work to the departmental staff, which involves even distribution of work and adequate coverage of territory.  
Qualifications  Have 5 to 7 Years in VRF and Chiller & Fan Coil Air Condition Device. Bsc. degree in Engineering (Mechanical Power Engineer preferably with Management degree with a specialization in marketing).
