Hiring Technical Support Engineer (Hardware)
• Minimum 3-4 Years of experience in handling Workstations/Servers and Storages (Hardware and Operating system level)
• Technology Skill for Health Checks and L1 Field Support
• Good knowledge on Hardware DL/BL Servers/Storages Dell/HPE)/HPE StoreEasy/HPE/ StoreOnce/Workstations (HP/Dell)
• Experience on performing Quarterly Hardware Health checks for HPE and DELL servers and storage (Onsite and Remote).
• Experience on working Remote server Management (iLO/iDRAC) and Basic firmware upgrades process.
• Experience on diagnosing the faulty hardware’s on server and storage and performing the hardware replacement.
• Knowledge on the OEM RMA process and Hardware Warranty identification.
• L1 Troubleshooting support for Workstations/DL-BL- HPE Servers and Storages.
• Good Knowledge on windows (DHCP, DNS, Active Directory) Basic knowledge on Linux and HP OneView.
• Operating system knowledge – Windows / Linux.
• Provide field support.
