We are hiring! Technical Office Engineer civil (BIM TECHNICAL OFFICE ENGINEER)-For leading office located in Maadi  job code :(TE-STR-EG) JOB Description Preparing structural design, sketches, and review documents.  
• Preparing analysis model, calculation sheets and other construction documents.  
• Deliver structural engineering in line with project requirements, agreed engineering standards, and the relevant statutory requirements. 
 • Design different types of foundations (shallow and deep) 
 • Prepare and review shop drawing submittals to assure design intent is met. 
• Coordination with other trades 
 • Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.  
• Develop the structural BIM model from design drawings.  
• Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria. 
 • Collaborate and coordinate internally or/and externally with other disciplines, design-changes and model changes. 
 • Create BIM Models for shop drawing purpose.  • Develop accurate shop drawings and extract data based on the BIM platform. 
 • Coordinate design documentation as a methodology with full utilization of BIM software’s and tools.  
• Creation of different Families according to project need . 
 • Provide /assist in structural BIM trainings  
 Follow international and internal BIM Standards Job Requirements  • B.Sc Civil
