Senior technical Office Architecture engineer

Job Description
Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer applications.
Communicate. With clients, vendors and contractors in a positive and organized manner
Modifying design features and operational methods to meet a variety of situations.
Create innovative design concepts for projects.
Handles tasks of the construction drawings as (furniture, masonry, electric, ceiling & floor) with full details like (doors, counters, cladding, etc.).
Prepare all design plans for presentation to clients.
Creating 3D/2D models .

Job Requirements
Proficiency in Related Programs “ Autocad , 3d max , Photoshop ,Revit , Excel,, Word and PowerPoint
Lumion is preferred
Technical Office work background is a prefer
BS degree in Architecture. is a must
Proven ability to hand sketch rough designs.
Very Good Command of English.
High Presentation Skills.
High communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team setting.
