JOB PURPOSE
To carry out inspections, in coordination with the construction team, maintain inspection records and follow the daily inspection program. Make sure the site activities meet project requirements and the Quality Standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Review all the projects’ specifications related to his scope of work.
· Inspect the executed works against the project specifications and Quality control standard and procedures.
· Inspect all the delivered materials to ensure that they completely match with approved material as well as the project specifications.
· Inspect and close the Non Conformance Report (NCR) Internal or those issued by the Engineer/Consultant.
· Participate in the preparation of the project QC Procedures, inspection and test plans according to the project Quality Plan.
· Check and forward the Daily Inspection Request to the client after carrying out the internal inspection.
· Co-ordinate with the client’s inspection team for final & approved inspections.
· Coordinate with the Site/Section Engineers to arrange daily inspection program.
· Prepare daily QC Inspection Report and submit it to the SR QCE/Quality Control Manager.
· Check and make sure that the work is executed in accordance with the latest approved drawings.
· Prepare check list for any discrepancies or nonconformance activities to follow up and submit it to the SR QCE/Quality Manager.
· Check on HOLD points.
· Issue NCR whenever a non-conformance has been found.
· Ensure that employee is working according to the company HSE policies and regulations, and fully aware of his job risk assessment and environmental aspects.
MINIMUN QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS
Education/ Qualifications
BSC Engineering (Civil , Arch)
Professional Certification (optional)
ISO Certification , ACI , TQM , PMP
Work Experience
3-6 years’ experience in similar field
Language
Good command of English language
Computer Skills
Microsoft Office
