We are hiring #Production Engineer

Job Description:-
Ensure the achievement of 100% of the production plan allocated for each line while adhering to predetermined Quality and Safety standards.
Allocate day-to-day manpower across different functions on the production lines and address any attendance issues promptly.
Review and monitor production reports, preparing productivity analyses including downtime and efficiency analyses.
Direct the production process per line and develop production schedules, coordinating closely with the Maintenance department to ensure maintenance schedules do not disrupt production targets.
Recommend preventive maintenance initiatives to the maintenance team based on machinery performance supervision.
Oversee the implementation of changeover processes in accordance with the production plan.
Monitor waste rates and production scrap, analyze root causes, and propose measures to reduce waste.
Conduct periodic inventory checks to control waste and material usage variances.
Confectionery division with prior experience in chocolate products

Job Requirements :-
Bachelor's degree in Agricultural sciences, Food science and technology engineering
3-5 years of experience, In Food & Beverage industry,
Experience or background in FMCG is preferred
Must work in food and beverages industry

* Times of work Morning Shift( 8am : 8pm ) - Night Shift( 8pm : 8am next day) Friday off.
* Location :- 10th of Ramadan
* Bus available (10th of Ramadan - Belbeis - Ismailia - Al-Salam Ring Road).
