The Pre-Sales Engineer performs comprehensive discovery, analysis, and definition of client issues and documents implementation in the form of a technical ("blue-print") solution. The Pre-Sales Engineer will design leading-edge solutions containing a wide variety of technologies.

Job description
1- Attend pre-sales client meetings and presentations with account representatives.
2- Identify client requirements: (technical requirements, client infrastructure, configuration, and requirements), technical design (including solution configurations and diagrams). 
3- Provide pre-sales support for new and existing customers
4- Detail oriented, multi-tasking, and able to deal with tight deadlines and stress.
5- Work with Sales to provide a response for technical RFI/RFP questions.
6- Ability to Make Site surveys 
7- Analyse customer needs, and get the best suited solution to him.
8- Prepare and supervise technical and financial offers to customer .
9- Link with sales and marketing team to follow up the customer needs 
10- Make a presentation about our line of our product
Desired profile
1- CCNA , Bachelor degree in IT or electrical engineer 
2- Worked as technical engineer for installing light current system or Network infrastructure at least for two years (Preferred) 
3- Good English, spoken and writing.
4- Experience designing and presenting technical solutions to meet customer requirements.
5- Have AutoCAD and Visio background 
6- Could deal with excel and word .
7- From 0 to 5 years’ experience .
