Reputable Hospital in Egypt & KSA is looking for “OD Supervisor” for Cairo Branch
Main Role:
Responsible for Planning, developing and implementing programs that align workforce with key business strategies and initiatives through Performance management system also responsible for job engineering and hospital structure
Required Qualification:
- Medical Background (Preferred Pharmacist)
- Advanced Communication Skills
- Problem solving skills
- Leadership
- Time Management & change Management
- Professional User of Excel
- Fluent in English

Location: Maadi
Job Level: Supervisory level
Experience: 2: 4 Years’ Experience in same title
Working Condition: 8 h. 6 days/week
