For Consultant Office In Saudi Arabia

 Senior Architect (code: ARCH 01)

• Looking for senior architect in Design Engineering Department with decent years of architectural experience.

• Will be responsible for planning and creating architectural designs that match industry standards and client requirements. Also, should be able to conduct in-depth research to identify recent design trends and developments in the industry.

• Should be able to create design models and provide briefs to clients. Besides, should be able to make alterations to the design based on client feedback. Moreover, shall guide and oversee Junior Architects and other team members.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing architectural designs and plans

• Ensuring all designs meet industry standards and government regulations

• Researching and inquiring about different materials

• Supervising Junior Architects and assigning them tasks

• Scheduling and delivering at skill enhancement workshops

• Communicating project status and completion timelines to the clients

• Guiding the Design project from start to finish

• Presenting project briefs to clients

• Understanding the clients’ requirements/preferences and environmental impacts on the construction project

• Creating blueprints and making alterations based on the feedback from the client

• Developing projects by adhering to the specified budget and timeline

• Undertaking regular site visits and inspections

• Codes analysis for design engineering (national & international) & familiar with life safety codes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related discipline

• 8-12 years of experience as an Architect in a reputed architectural firm or construction company

• Familiarity with design software like AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Photoshop and 3d Studio VIZ

• Finish all reports presentations related to design stages

• Highly creative and detail-oriented individual

• Up-to-date with the latest architectural designs and trends

• Strong project management and time management skills

• Good communication skills

• Having an eye for detail

• Demonstrating good leadership skills

• Deadline-driven and highly motivated individual

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
