IT Support

Minimum of 1-year experience in:

 

1. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers

2. Troubleshooting of standard desktop/laptop software and Office applications,

3. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

4. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

5. Providing technical support across the network

6. Setting up the computers for new users

7. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

8. Maintenance attendance devices
