Memory Trip Tours is looking to hire an HR Admin
Responsibilities:
1- Track and update employees attendance records (punching in/out, vacations, personal time off, holiday tracks)
2- Use of Social media channels to attract new candidates
3- Producing HR letters, contracts
4- Making sure all company policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current employment law. Ensure line managers are up to date with changes to any policies.
5- Taking care of payroll
6- Other ad hoc HR& Administration tasks
Required skills:
• (0-1) year of experience
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office Packages
• Very good command of English
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Job Locations: Nasr City- Cairo
Work hours: 9 hours.
Days off: Friday & Saturday.
Salary: 2500 EGP
