• Develop creative and engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, website copy, social media posts, and email campaigns.
• Conduct research on industry-related topics to generate ideas for content.
• Track and monitor competitors for social presence and frequency of posts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of content.
• Design visually appealing marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, infographics, presentations, and advertisements.
• Lead the development of corporate collateral – including templates for business proposals, resource profiles, and any other collateral that will help support in building the image of THA to its stakeholders.
• Develop creative concepts and translate them into effective designs.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.
Social Media Management:
• Manage and monitor our company’s social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
• Create and schedule social media posts, monitor comments, and respond to inquiries.
• Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, or other relevant tools.
• Ability to create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, logos, and other design elements.
• Knowledge of image editing, manipulation, and retouching techniques.
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and allocate time appropriately to various projects.
• A highly creative mindset to come up with unique and original design and content ideas.
• Understanding the principles of branding and the ability to align design and content with a brand’s identity and values.
