Cost Estimation Engineer needed for Constructions Group Company in Giza


Job brief:

As a Cost Estimation Engineer in the construction industry, you will oversee and manage the process for construction projects. You will be responsible for preparing and submitting competitive bids, conducting cost analysis, and ensuring compliance with project requirements. Your expertise in tendering and construction practices will contribute to the successful acquisition of new projects and the organization's growth.


Job Requirements:


- Education:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience.
- Construction Exp. is A MUST.
- Pervious exp. in cost control, cost estimation and Technical Office is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and methodologies.
- Familiarity with contractual terms, conditions, and legal requirements in the construction industry.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret project documentation and perform cost analysis.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in using software and tools for cost estimation, document management, and project scheduling.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tender submissions simultaneously.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
