-Technical Architect based in Saudi Arabia (3-4 years of experience)

*Job Responsibilities: *
-Attend regular meetings with clients and our consultants.
-Act as point of contact for connection between the offices.
-prepare project data and client requirement for designers and other disciplines.
-Develop concepts & ideas with clients.
-Follow up on orders until delivery & ensure a smooth process
-Create 2D drawings & 3D visuals
-Organize site visits with clients & take measurements
-Creating offers & proposals & finalize contracts
-Oversee and work with technical drawings.
-follow Saudi regulations and deliver technical drawing to governmental authorities.
-Revit experience and AutoCAD is a must.
-Must have strong drafting skills and an understanding of 3D modeling as well as strong plan reading skills.

*Job Responsibilities: *
- Work closely with BIM Lead and Design Leads to ensure the project’s compliance with the given policies and processes, and to ensure timely implementation and completion
- Understand BIM modeling process and able to manage all BIM related activities from project start up to project completion
- Proficient knowledge in content creation and able to create different types of parametric and non-parametric families
- Collaborate and communicate with other disciplines on coordination issues and model development tasks
- Prepares BIM models and drawings and co-ordinates using Navisworks and other coordination software
- Able to produce scheduling and quantity extraction from the model
- Performs BIM model QA/QC checks on projects according to international standards to ensure
- Preparation of Arch. LOD 300 & LOD 400 BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Coordinates with other Disciplines.
- Preparation of 4D and 5D details, clash detection, clash analysis using Navisworks. (Advantage)
- Create Clash Detection using Autodesk Revit & apply proper solution for them.
- Preparing BOQ to be extracted directly from BIM Models.
- Preparing Shop Drawings to include all required Information/Annotation.
- Create content for BIM libraries.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, schedule, and perform own work to meet identified time frames and standards.
