The following vacancies are available at Alouf Travel:-

Senior Ticketing Agent:-
• Strong Amadeus knowledge and experience is MUST not less than 7 years
• IATA training and certification
• Experience in the ticketing field is a must especially in Issue – Reissue – Change - Refund airline tickets in addition to confirm and modify flight reservations.
• Prepare and locate records and information for customers and colleagues.
• Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them of appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and provide relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events, etc) to travelers.

Senior Tour Operator for the Local Market:-
• Negotiating with Nile cruises, restaurants, transportation providers, and other businesses to secure the best possible rates
• Coordinating all aspects of group travel, including booking hotels, flights, rental cars, excursions, entertainment, and activities
• Reviewing all travel documents to ensure that all details are correct before finalizing arrangements
• Updating clients during the trip regarding any changes in schedules or itineraries
• Arranging transportation to and from airports, hotels, and event sites
• Scheduling sightseeing trips, adventure tours, and other activities for groups
• Communicating with clients and providing them with information about travel plans and activities
• Providing information about hotels, restaurants, entertainment options, and other travel-related topics

The following are requested for both of the above mentioned vacancies:-
• Maximum age :35
• Very Good command of English language (spoken and written).
• Very Good communication skills (oral and written) and negotiation skills.
• Experience in dealing with public
• Able to work under pressure.
• Strong computer and written skills.
• Attention to details
• Living in Giza or 6th October or nearby easy access locations
